While in Estudiantes de la Plata , he played against Barcelona in 2009  (FIFA World Club), and he was part of the Argentina team that played last year’s FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Upon his return to Portugal, after being on loan in Estudiantes, , he turned into the brain of the team and helped it conquer the Portuguese League and reach the second consecutive European final.

Most people think that his absence in the final helped Sevilla lift that title.
Enzo’s qualities place him as a key element in Nuno’s system.

Very strong physically, is able to steal a lot of balls and his quality allows him to lead  counterattacks with precision and speed.   It seems to us that either in the 4-4-2 scheme (accompanied by a defensive midfielder that allows him to reach the penalty area), or in the 4-3-3 (playing as attacking midfielder) , Enzo Pérez will become once again a decisive player for Valencia. His great work and effort helps liberate his teammates and allows them to improve their performance.

Nuno knows Enzo’s strong points quite well, and he trusts that he will become his extension in the field.
